Buying and Selling in winter months can prove to be less stressful on both ends of the equation.

Dramatically lower inventory helps to keep listing times reasonably short and more motivated buyers keep deals from falling apart at the drop of a hat.

Less competition from over eager Spring buyers helps to avoid multiple offer situations while keeping sellers grounded during negotiating.

It’s a fallacy that real estate doesn’t move in winter and I surely don’t sit home watching the snow fall.
